Rough In Phase

We self-performed electrical, but after much consideration, decided to contract out the plumbing and HVAC. This process started in February 2020 and we received five permits on May 11, 2020 (thank you for teaching us patience, Covid-19): fireplace, mechanical, framing, plumbing, and electrical.

It was possibly a coincidence that this date was the three year anniversary of my dad’s heavenly birthday. We loved the birthday gift, Dad! We know you were celebrating with us.
